 I'm Louise Spraggon, a calm, experienced and solutions-focused professional in the film and television industry. I work at the intersection of creativity and safety, offering a unique combination of production management and health & wellbeing expertise.

With a background in teaching and qualifications in film production and emergency care, I support teams by creating structured, safe and collaborative environments—both behind the scenes and on set.
